The Canoe

I love that Mitch really tried to hang on to his hobbies during his crazy busy residency.  One of the ways he did that was by having a canoe he got on Craig's List.  Any chance he gets he takes the kids and any friends that want to go, down the Swatara.  It is such a beautiful river.  The kids always come back with stories of their adventure running the river.  Mostly, they love the time with Mitch.  These are the some of the pictures of the last trips down the Swatara River.

Mitch would bring a boogie board along on the river and let the kids float down the river on it for certain sections. Apparently Lily thought it was just for her to use for her nap. She was very protective of it, and very tired.
