I have to say, people's reaction to just the prediction of snow out here is so funny. On Friday before there was even one inch of snow on the ground, the schools called for an early dismissal. And if you were out of milk and bread on Friday; forget about it! all of the stores were cleaned out by Thursday night. Just craziness. It started to snow Friday evening and by Saturday morning we were under a 20 inch blanket of snow. It was beautiful and the kids could hardly wait to get into their snow clothes and out into the snow. We had a lot of fun.
Jackson built an airplane in the snow and was hanging out in the cockpit.
The boys built shelters for their snowball fight against Daddy.
Lily made her first snow angel. I don't think she was too happy about it.

So fun!! It sure looks like alot more then one inch of snow though!! It is the same way here too, about being scared of snow!! My kids love it though, because lots more time to play in it, if school is out!!
