Wow, I think I have discovered the best cookbook ever. I made these pinapple coconut cupcakes on Saturday and they were amazing. Mitch is loving this baking streak I have been on. I promise to get the recipe to these and the cheesecake up on the blog. It's just a lot of typing, but I have recieved too many request to ignore. Or if you really want the best cookbook in the world it is William-Sonoma Cakes, cupcakes & cheesecakes.

I'm on a roll
